Spanish Virgin Islands Land Sales:

There is no be obligations or exchange of money until the Reserve Amount has been reached.

I.    Purchase agreements can be signed on the land starting April 2007. Prospective Buyers can secure acres for $150,000 each.

II.  Prospective Buyers are required to draft a certified bank check or official proof of funding for the total amount of the purchase that is to be released to VCS Corp once the reserve amount has been reached.

III. VCS Corp will develop the land for sale in Puerto Real/Esperanza in measuring approximately 10 Acres into a private community of property owners.

IV.  VCS Corp and Property Owners are selling this property with a minimum reserve of $1,500,000.

V.   Once the RESERVE AMOUNT has been reached the property will be surveyed and divided into 1 acre lots and VCS Corp will provide for any improvements in infrastructure as may be required by the corresponding permitting agencies.
